I have run a $1.6B P&L through a post-acquisition integration, delivered 300 basis points of margin uplift, led commercial turnarounds, and served as Chief Operational Excellence and Technology Officer and President Americas at TI Automotive. I started my career running a plant in Brazil and earned trust from scratch as a 19-year-old leading a construction crew in Saudi Arabia. These are not consulting outcomes.
